At Kozmo Shoes, we want you to walk with confidence; if your new pair isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition and include all original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Shoes
Place the unworn shoes back in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
